House rules – Lodge COCO

Compliance with the Internal Regulations of the Seasonal Rental Property is mandatory under the Seasonal Rental Agreement. Failure to follow these rules may result in penalties, such as security deposit deductions.

General conditions

a) All Hosts (and all Visitors) must comply with the Internal Regulations as well as any other instructions provided by the owner of the Property, LODGE COCO during their stay, and

b) The Hosts must inform the owner of any incident or any complaint from the neighborhood as soon as possible.

c) The deposit of 300 € must be pre-authorized by credit card at least 24 hours before entering the premises. The sum is authorized, not debited, except in the case of withholding.

Noise and neighborhood

a) The Hosts are fully and in all circumstances responsible for the safety of their children as well as any disturbance caused to the neighborhood

b) Hosts and Visitors must make as little noise as possible so as not to disturb residents of neighboring properties, especially at night, as well as during arrival and departure

c) Noise pollution is prohibited at all times and may result in the termination of the Seasonal Rental Agreement, eviction, loss of costs incurred as well as deductions from the security deposit

d) The Hosts and their possible Visitors must not adopt any antisocial behavior. They are urged to minimize their immediate impact on the neighborhood and neighborhood residents.


a) Hosts plus visitors are not allowed to exceed 6 people at any time during their stay.

b) Hosts are required to ensure that the maximum number of Visitors is not exceeded, and that Visitors comply with the Internal Regulations. Everything exceeds

c) For any additional person, a fine of € 250 per person may be imposed. It will be deducted from the deposit.

Parties and events

a) It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or any other type of large-scale gathering in the Seasonal Rental, and

b) All gatherings in small groups must be carried out in accordance with the other rules stipulated in these regulations, in particular with regard to noise, the neighborhood and the number of authorized visitors.

c) In the event of noise pollution and movement of the Gendarmerie (it is 200 m away), a fine of € 250 will be deducted from the deposit.


a) Hosts and Visitors must comply with local parking regulations, as well as the other conditions listed below, and are requested to show consideration towards neighbors and other vehicles,

b) Parking at the Seasonal Rental Property is carried out as follows: a numbered parking space (14) is reserved for accommodation. Other vehicles can park in the street (in front of the college). Be careful not to park in the other signposted parking spaces of the residence or those of the Hauts de Deshaies residence.


a) Guests and their Visitors are required to throw their rubbish in the bins provided for this purpose. Under no circumstances should rubbish be left in a public area or in common areas.

Safety – Environment

a) Whenever Guests leave Lodge Coco, they are required to ensure that all windows and doors are closed and / or locked in order to maintain the security of the accommodation and prevent potential damage from rain.

b) Hosts must turn off lights, air conditioning, fans and electronic devices when not in use in order to save energy. It is forbidden to leave the air conditioning on when Guests are away from Lodge Coco.

c) The loss of the key or the air conditioning card will be invoiced at 50 €

d) The use of a barbecue is prohibited by the condominium throughout the residence, both inside and outside the apartments.

Pool and whirlpool

a) The hot tub / pool can only be used between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

b) For safety reasons, the use of glasses is prohibited in or around the swimming pool. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine withheld from the security deposit.

c) The use of portable speakers is prohibited around the swimming pool and jacuzzi.

d) The swimming pool and the jacuzzi are reserved for the tenants of the accommodation. Visitors are not admitted.


Guests are not allowed to smoke in the Coco Lodge (except terrace). Failure to comply with this rule will result in a deduction from the security deposit.


Pets are not allowed in Lodge Coco.

Breakage and damage, equipment

a) Any broken object and any damage caused must be reported to the Manager of Lodge Coco as soon as possible. Failure to report may result in a deduction from the security deposit.

b) To avoid breakage and damage, furniture should not be moved from one room to another without prior agreement. Please also note that

c) Towels must not leave the property (to go to the beach, for example).


Handover of keys by hand or in the key box: Departure before 11 a.m.

Even in the case of a reservation of the cleaning option, the tenant must:

– Empty the refrigerator, clean it.

– Put the waste in the containers provided

– Store the dishes and equipment in the cupboards

– Fold the blankets and sheets and put them at the foot of the beds

– Gather the towels used in the bathroom and put them to dry

– Clean shower, sink, wc

– Clean the hob, microwave, coffee maker …

– Sweep the broom around the apartment

– Don’t forget personal matters.

A deduction of € 90 may be made in the event of a breach of these rules of good living.

Compliance with the rules

a) Violation of any rule included in these Internal Regulations constitutes a violation of the General Conditions of Occupation, in accordance with the Rental Agreement.

b) The Owner reserves the right to terminate the occupancy permit and to expel from the Seasonal Rental Property Le Lodge Coco any Guest or Visitor refusing to comply with the Internal Regulations or causing nuisance disturbing neighbors or other residents of the community.
