Air Belgium flies to Guadeloupe
As of winter 2020, Air Belgium flyes to Guadeloupe.
Air Belgium had already extended its two weekly flights to the French West Indies beyond the winter season by extending its flight program over the entire summer of 2020, until September 5.
In view of the continued and growing success and the marked interest in these new destinations from Brussels Charleroi airport, the Company reconfirms that it will open its flights for sale for the winter 2020 season this Monday, February 3, basis of a modified program including flight duplication.
Flights to Fort-de-France and Pointe-à-Pitre will resume for the All Saints holidays, from October 31, 2020, after the wintering season in the Antilles. And, from November 20, 2020, the current triangular flights will give way to two direct weekly rotations to Fort-de-France on Wednesdays and Saturdays and to two direct weekly rotations to Pointe-à-Pitre on Tuesdays and Fridays. Inter-company agreements will strengthen and enhance the connection possibilities for passengers.

In Belgium, the size of the market for the West Indies has more than doubled since the announcement of Air Belgium flights. The opening of these links from Brussels Charleroi Airport allows the Belgian public to discover the French West Indies which until now were not served from Belgium and remained difficult to access.
Convenient and direct road connections also allow travelers from northern France, southern Netherlands, western Germany and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to connect Brussels Charleroi by car or by dedicated bus shuttles and thus benefit from the direct flights of the Company.
Air Belgium offers a neat and comprehensive on-board service at attractive rates which include airport taxes, minimum 30 kg of checked baggage, and meals in all classes.
However, passengers have access to three classes of service at the following rates:
- Business class from € 1,739 round trip: a fully reclining seat that turns into a real bed. Anglais Fine cuisine with Belgian accents, a wide choice of drinks and entertainment and access to the business lounge;
- Premium class from € 739 round trip: the real comfort of a private cabin in a cozyspace and access to the business lounge;
- Economy class from € 401 round trip: room for the legs, individual screens and always neat service.
Finally, Air Belgium is continuing to develop its activities and will soon announce its new destination. Air Belgium flies to Guadeloupe now.
